A Tour through Dynatone's Production Facility
On this post would be a brief online tour of our primary production facility, in order to inform our valued customers of the detailed process throughout which the pianos are being manufactured. While we also have manufacturing facilities established in both China and Indonesia, the primary production establishment is located in the city of Gumi, South Korea, which produces the major portion of our named models. Gumi is a city that has been strategically raised and supported by the Korean government to grow into one of the country’s core industrial complexes. Also residing in the complex are large-scale corporations - those with recognizable brand names, including big names like Samsung and LG to name a few. Dynatone’s renowned research lab for musical instruments also is located in Gumi alongside its factory.
The factory consists of two floors. The first floor is where the main production line lies along with the factory office and material department, whereas on the second floor are the research lab and keyboard department, along with a storing place. It also has a basement floor on which Ping-Pong tables are placed for the benefit of our employees.
